CampComputer provides tutoring for students in grades 4-5 in Brooklyn. Our volunteers lead classes for students through video calls at scheduled dates and times. These sessions provide tutoring in core subjects and knowledge in general extracurricular activities. 

CampComputer is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by law, personal information is not actively shared. In particular, we do not re-distribute or sell personal information collected on our web servers.

1. Information Collected: 

Parents
Camp Computer uses contact and application forms.. These forms require you to give contact information regarding yourself (Name, Email, Zip Code) and/or your children (Name, Grade, Device). Contact information from the application form is used only to send material relating to the purpose for which it was collected and will not be sold to another party. 

Volunteers

Camp Computer collects forms that require you to give contact information regarding yourself (Name, Email, Skills/Resume). Contact information from the volunteer form is used only to send material relating to volunteering at CampComputer and will not be sold to another party.
 

2. Use of Collected Information:

Parents
Information we collect from you is used to provide you with information about CampComputer and to contact you on topics regarding your child. We may contact you to answer any questions you may have.

Volunteers

Information we collect from you is used to provide you with information about CampComputer and to contact you regarding volunteer positions at CampComputer.

3. Distribution of Collected Information:

Parents
We only share your name, your child’s name, and the email address you provided with the volunteer(s) you and your child are assigned to.

Volunteers

We only share your name, email address, and your resume with the intake volunteer reviewing your application. 

4. Children’s Privacy

CampComputer does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Information we collect about our students (Name, Age) is provided by parents/guardians. CampComputer is not responsible for any information provided by you or your child during video sessions.
